This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Orange Web Group LLC (“Company”) for the use of the Paw Yard App (“App”) available on the app store platform.
By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may not use the App.
The App is intended for individuals aged 18 and above. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Company grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that the User owns or controls.
By using the App, the User agrees to abide by all applicable laws and regulations regarding User-generated content. The User retains ownership of any content uploaded, posted, or transmitted through the App but grants Orange Web Group LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
By using the App, you agree that there is zero tolerance for objectionable content, including but not limited to hate speech, nudity, spam, drugs, terrorism, false information, harassment, explicit material, and violence. Any content deemed objectionable will be subject to immediate removal, and the user responsible may face suspension or termination of their account.
The User acknowledges and agrees that Orange Web Group LLC may collect and process personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The App may collect data such as device information, usage statistics, and user interactions for the purpose of improving the App’s functionality and user experience. Paw Yard will only collect and process personal data when necessary and will ensure the security and confidentiality of the data in accordance with GDPR requirements.
The App may request access to the device’s camera and location services. Camera access is required for photo and video upload functionality within the App. Location access is used solely for providing location-based suggestions and features within the App. Paw Yard will not use camera or location data for any other purposes.
The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Orange Web Group LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. The User may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the App without prior written consent from Orange Web Group LLC.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Paw Yard disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Orange Web Group LLC, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our App by any third party; or (iv) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, and whether or not the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Orange Web Group LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, your violation of this Agreement, or your User Content.
Orange Web Group LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend the User’s access to the App at any time without notice for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Orange Web Group LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. The User’s continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.

Apps with user-generated content or services that end up being used primarily for pornographic content, Chatroulette-style experiences, objectification of real people (e.g., “hot-or-not” voting), making physical threats, or bullying do not belong on the App Store and may be removed without notice. If your app includes user-generated content from a web-based service, it may display incidental mature “NSFW” content, provided that the content is hidden by default and only displayed when the user turns it on via your website.
There is a strict no-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Any content deemed objectionable or any user found to be abusive will be subject to immediate action, including content removal, user suspension, or termination.
Orange Web Group LLC commits to enforcing community standards rigorously. Users are encouraged to report any violations of these standards. The Company will promptly review and address any reports of objectionable content or abusive behavior to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all users.
